and i don't want to delete/uninstall everything just to get Premiere Pro back.not to mention the risk of having the above error show up trying to get it all re-installed again.The copy here at the end of the file: #::1 localhost i don't want to re-download a 7GB file just to replace Premier Pro. What i want: I just want to re-download Premier Pro 5.5 and re-install/replace it. I absolutely 100% need Photoshop and illustrator.

My problem is i fear that if i do delete everything and go for a complete refresh of software that i will be presented with the same above error.and will be dead in the water. and just reinstall everything all over again. I thought my next step would be to delete everything Adobe related from my computer (the rest of the production premium suite, photoshop, illustrator, encore, audition.etc etc.). so i download the entire package again (thank God i am using work's bandwidth). I am presented with this error upon the first click into attempting to insall: I deleted that download and according files and re-downloaded the entire production premium software hoping i can install Premier Pro individually.
I assume that's because my key is for the entire suite and not that particular premiere pro product.
When i went to install, i entered my product key and it said it was invalid. I uninstalled Premiere Pro and re-downloaded it from here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 products I need to edit video and it's all just frozen like that.ĭozens of trouble shooters online with similar issues suggested to just delete Premiere Pro and reinstall it. even right clicking on and selecting "close window" from the bottom tool bar was all non-responsive. It loaded up fine, but all of the menus (on the top left.file, edit.etc etc), and minimize, maximize, close (top right). I own: Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium You guys are big, i think that's not too much to ask. I dislike forums and don't trust i will get the level of support i need to fix my issue. First i want to say that having no phone support for my expensive (albeit kind of old) software is not cool.
